![]() ![]() shocking right since that occurred in March and we were now in August. which was half off or something with a promo tried to use it again the following day and guess what all $37 GONE turns out when I got ahold of some one in customer service through their website I was charged 4 times for an order in Vegas. the balance never changed never stayed the same I used the card a few months later because coffee bean is not in any convenient locations which is fine they have good coffee. used the app in Las Vegas the employee couldn’t get the app to work so she scanned it 4 TIMES!!! Then made me pay cash. So I had $37 on my card which was a combination of like 5 gift cards. As much money as I spend I should have a permanent discount on all orders.Īll my money gone!! Zero customer service With that said, once you are a loyal customer and spend the amount of money as I do the company needs to come up with a better way to thank those customers because the app shows the amount of money customers are spending. The current system is a good way to create loyal customers or to thank customers. Points/rewards is the only way CBTL recognizes loyal customers yet points cannot be added to the app from purchasing online orders from the app. Since I spend a lot of money I to receive the rewards from points on every trip I take to a location. Since there is not a location within 20 minutes from my residence which is northern central Phoenix I would benefit from a subscription order because I buy CBTL retail items and make drinks from home. ![]() Would rate the app five stars if the customer would get points from online orders or subscriptions. ![]()
